Terms

Kyoona Connect provides a platform for discovering events and purchasing or reserving tickets to events offered by independent organizers.

When you purchase a ticket, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name and email address, so we can process your order and deliver your ticket.

Your ticket is issued for the event, date, and admission type shown at checkout. Tickets and private ticket links should not be copied, shared, duplicated, altered, or used fraudulently.

Event organizers are responsible for their events, including the venue, schedule, programming, admission requirements, safety, accessibility, and any changes to the event itself. Kyoona Connect provides ticketing and event-discovery services but does not operate an event unless we specifically identify ourselves as the organizer.

We may refuse or cancel transactions, tickets, or access to the platform where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, unauthorized duplication, or other activity that could affect the security of our ticketing system.

Event information may change. When an organizer provides us with an important update, we may update the event listing and, where appropriate, contact affected ticket holders.

Privacy

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate Kyoona Connect and fulfill ticket purchases.

This may include your name, email address, ticket information, order details, event selections, and basic technical information generated when you use the website.

We use this information to process purchases, issue and retrieve tickets, communicate important information about an order or event, provide customer support, maintain the security of the platform, and understand how Kyoona Connect is being used.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Kyoona Connect does not need to store your full credit or debit card number on our own systems.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information when necessary to provide the service — for example, with the organizer of an event when information is reasonably required to verify admission or manage attendees — or when required by law.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for our business, transaction, security, and legal purposes.

Cookies

Kyoona Connect may use cookies and similar browser technologies that are necessary for the website to function properly, maintain security, remember essential session information, and understand basic site usage.

We aim to keep tracking limited and practical.

Some third-party services used by the site, including payment services, may also use their own cookies or similar technologies when their services are loaded or used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may cause some parts of the website or checkout process to stop working correctly.

Refunds

Before you book, check the details. Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event listing or required by applicable law.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified using the email address provided during purchase and will receive information about the applicable refund process.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the organizer's policy for that event will determine whether existing tickets remain valid and whether refunds are available. We will communicate the information provided to us by the organizer.

Kyoona Connect does not guarantee refunds for circumstances outside the organizer's control or because a ticket holder can no longer attend.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
