ABOUT KYOONA
WE JUST WANTED TO KNOW
WHERE EVERYONE WAS GOING.
Somehow, finding out what's happening can involve six WhatsApp groups, three flyers, somebody's status and a cousin who swears they sent you the details.
Kyoona Connect puts the plans in one place. Find events, get your ticket, and decide whether you're actually going to leave the house.
THE PLAN IS SIMPLE.
Kyoona Connect is an event discovery and ticketing platform built with Uganda's diaspora in mind, starting right here in Massachusetts.
Nights out. Brunches. Family days. Networking. Community events. The random function everyone suddenly seems to know about except you.
We bring them together, make tickets easy to book, and leave the enjoying-yourself part to you.
Less βsend me the flyer.β More βI already booked.β
WHAT SHOULD WE DO NEXT?
Kyoona is just getting started, and we're paying attention to what people actually want before we start building things nobody asked for.
Tell us what would make Kyoona more useful to you. We'll use what we learn to decide what deserves to come next.

FAQ
What is Kyoona Connect?
Kyoona Connect is a place to discover events and book tickets, built with the Ugandan diaspora in mind and starting in Massachusetts.
Do I need an account to buy a ticket?
No. Pick your event, complete checkout, and we'll send your ticket to the email address you provide.
Where is my ticket?
Your ticket is sent to the email address used during checkout. You can also use My Ticket on Kyoona Connect to retrieve it.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes. Select the number of tickets you need when booking. Your confirmation will show the tickets included in your order.
What happens at the event?
The event organizer is responsible for the event itself, including the venue, schedule, programming and admission. Kyoona Connect handles event discovery and ticketing unless an event specifically identifies Kyoona Connect as the organizer.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for the event or required by law. If an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, we'll communicate the information provided by the organizer. See our Refund Policy.
I'm organizing something. Can I list it on Kyoona?
Potentially, yes. We're working with organizers as we grow. Send us the event details at tickets@kyoonaconnect.com and we'll take a look.
Is Kyoona only for Ugandan events?
Uganda is home base, not necessarily the boundary. We're starting with events relevant to the Ugandan diaspora and the communities around us. Where Kyoona goes next will depend on what people actually use.
Is Kyoona only in Massachusetts?
That's where we're starting. If people elsewhere want Kyoona too, we're listening.
How can I contact Kyoona?
